A gambling machine has been installed in the launderette in the Warwick Road, Banbury, Oxon. Pictured, Mrs Violet Cox tries her hand at the one armed bandit. The machine pays out tokens which can be used to operate the washing machines. If that doesn t appeal the tokens can be exchanged for a drink at the Crown Inn pub next door. The landlord, Charlie Williamson also owns the launderette. 16th January 1969
