Left to right: Squadron leader B.E. Hogan (C.O. of the University of Birmingham Air Squadron) who will be in charge of the flying programme; Squadron Leader H.G. Coldbeck (New Zealand born C.O. of the station) and Squadron Leader W. H. Banks who is dealing with the administration.
