Attending by the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress, Councillor and Mrs Joe Thompson (centre), the associations national chairman, Lt-General Sir Napier Crookendale (left), the national controller Major General Charles Grey (right) and the 16 volunteers who are to make up the division, led by divisional president Colonel David Baldock (second from left) and divisional chairman Dr David Alexander (second from right).
