Blind lady Mrs P. Marshall was rescued by her dog " Queenie", when her home in Paddington was bombed, Queenie cleared debris and guided her to the nearest shelter. Mrs P. Marshall served as a volunteer in the South African War and The First WW2, She was injured by shrapnel in France, which caused her to gradually lose her eyesight.
