Upwards. On the right is an original 1947 Dior outfit - known at the time as the " New Look". On the left is Diors Newer Look - from their 1967 collection. The old and the (mini) new were shown together on Tuesday (4-4-67) at a fashion show for mothers and daughters at Diors London boutique. One interesting thought: If Dior hold a similar show in twenty years time, where will the hemline of the 1987 outfit be? Not much higher than this mini-colette, thats for sure. April 1967 P017549
