A new football team is formed at Old Trafford, United Ladies (Manchester). Manager and organiser of the team, 19 year old Blanche Rashman, from Prestwich, is at Old Trafford to sign on players and take them for their first training stint. The team is made up of women who help out at Old Trafford, in the tea bars, in the development office, a sister of a player, and friends.
