Lady MacRobert of Douneside, Tarland, Aberdeenshire has presented the RAF with four

Lady MacRobert of Douneside, Tarland, Aberdeenshire has presented the RAF with four Hurricanes which will soon be in action in the Middle East. Three are named after airman sons killed in action. The fourth machine is
called Salute to Russia" as a tribute to the dogged
courage of the Soviet people.
Bearing the arms of the MacRobert clan, the planes will form part of a squadron with which her second son, Sir Roderic, was flying when killed in action at Mosul in May 1941.
