During one of the enemys periodical nuisance night raids on Tripoli, driver G.Mackay, RASC, and Private A.Abbort were sleeping in their ambulance which was parked under the archway of a building. A bomb hit the archway and Hundreds of tons of debris fell to bury the ambulance.
