HMS Hermes Air Craft Carrier.
Throughout out the 1920s HMS Hermes was stationed in the far east, but in World War Two she was assigned to firstly hunt for German -Boats in The Mediterranean. She was then stationed in South Africa looking for German blockaders and on entering The Indian Ocean was assigned to help with the war in the east. Whilst near Madagascar (now Sri Lanka) she was spotted and sunk by Japanese Aircraft.
