The HMT Kirkella was requisitioned for service in World War Two on September 1939. It was an Anti-submarine vessel and sold in 1946.
Note to Editors, the picture was taken in Wales. Mirrorpix have suggested Swansea, but note Holyhead and Milford Haven were also major Welsh ports where the HMT Kirkella could have been stationed.
