Helens idea was written about in a newspaper and Birdseye, who had just completed arrangements to market a triangular sausage product decided here was a young lady who should meet their meat product development manager. Today they met at the Hilton and cooked and tasted the new triangular sausage. Helen is pictured with Howard Abbott, the meat product development manager. 8th May 1967
