The Oil Tanker in the photograph, on whose bridge the new dock was named, is the 28.000 ton STS Velletia, one of a fleet of oil tankers once owned by the Royal Dutch Shell Group.
It is pictured moving in to the new dock after breaking the ribbon stretched across the entrance.
