Jaime Moreno Morales (born 19 January 1974 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra) is a former Bolivian footballer now serving as Youth Academy Technical Training Coach for D.C. United in Major League Soccer, and as the head coach of D.C. Uniteds U-23 side
Moreno made history in 1994 when he signed with Middlesbrough, and in doing so became the first Bolivian to play in the English Premiership.
