Young cyclists went through their paces during a safer cycling course at Huddersfield Sports Centre. PC Alan Laurie, accident prevention officer, instructed 14 youngsters on the Highway Code and manoeuvres. Everyone who successfully completed the course received a certificate, a badge and a combination lock provided by the Huddersfield Crime Prevention Panel. 21st August 1990
