Teacher Sheila Thompson gets her class in the picture after a surprise presentation. The deputy head of St Dominics School, Redcar, was given a camera by the staff of St John of God Hospital, Scorton, when a school party paid a visit. Hospital spokesman Michael Kingston said the gift was to mark Miss Thompsons retirement this summer and thank her for her part in helping to forge the long established links between the school and the hospital. 1st July 1985
