Fashion on a shoestring... proving that you don t need loadsa-money to cut a dash are these enterprising clothing industry YTS trainees. They took to the catwalk for a fashion show organised by the Clothing Group Training Association at Huddersfields Textile House, St Andrews Road. Twenty-four budding designers were asked to complete two outfits with a budget of just £ 15. Students are pictured wearing their designs (centre) while others look on. 15th May 1990
