Queens of fund-raising... nearly £ 1, 000 was raised for the National Childrens Home during a festival at Huddersfield King Street Mission. Pictured are some of the 11 Sunday school queens who attended. They are (from left) Debbie Lodge, Helen Love, Vicki Lee, Lucy Rothery and Anne-Marie Sutcliffe. Entertainment was by the Salvation Army young singers and cartoons from Ken Kaye, of Brockholes. Kirklees deputy mayor Clr John Howarth also attended. 8th April 1991
