The "Voice of Brittain"rang out over Kings Dock, Swansea, yesterday
The " Voice of Brittain" rang out over Kings Dock, Swansea, yesterday, to welcome members to the city council and licensed trade in South Wales aboard Cabby, one of the last of the Thames wooden sailing barges. The owner of the voice, 75 year old former RSM Ronald Brittain, and Cabby were in the citry for a promotional visit by Scotch whisky distillers, Arthur Bell and Sons. Mr Brittain has been the compantys bell ringer for 14 years and has travelled the world doing promotinal work. 24th July 1974
