Children at Sydenham Middle School in Leamington who have built up a store cupboard of food for the people of Poland, show off part of it to the Rev Royston Clarke(right), Vicar of St Marys Church, and their headmaster, Christopher Rhodes. Pupils have investigated the nutritional value of food in a special project, and raised funds to buy what they believe will be the most use to people in the stricken country. The vicar is chairman of Christian Outreach, a charity which is ferrying food to Poland. The schools contribution will go on the charitys next lorry, due to leave Leamington next month.
