Newham Borough Council has named a new street after the hero of their local football team

Newham Borough Council has named a new street after the hero of their local football team - Bobby Moore. Moore Way is a pedestrian only street in the Oakhurst Road Redevelopment, in Forest Gate, London. It links Station Road, Stracey Road and Woodgrange Road. Bobby visited the street yesterday for the first time. Several other streets in the area have been named after stars of the West Ham team. February 1974
