Coventry Guides and Brownies enter Broadgate, Coventry, on the way to their Thinking Day service at Coventry Cathedral. Nearly 2, 000 Girls took part and the service was led by the Coventry Bishop, Dr. Cuthbert Bardsley. Before the service the salute was taken in Broadgate by Mrs. B. Teire, the Assistant County Commissioner and Mrs. L. Dexter, the Division Commissioner.
