Westminster Bridge, which is due to be repainted, is to have a new colour scheme. The Historic Buildings Board headed by Lady Dartmouth is to recommend an appropriate colour scheme.
GLC architects had previously daubed the bridge with several shades of bronze green. Our picture shows the board made up of left to right Mr B Brown, Osbert Lancaster Miss Claire Mansell, The Countess of Dartmouth, Victor Langton, Miss Jean Scott and Ian Phillips discussing the various daubs.
