Millionth Cortina Goes by Air. The millionth Ford Cortina car to be exported gets a swinging send-off. It was flown by helicopter on Thursday (9-7-70) across the English Channel from Fords plant at Dagenham, Essex, to Ostend. Waiting to collect it was the cars buyer, a Belgian.
