" Rusty" is a three months old mongrel, and a couple of boys were fishing near Woodford Essex, when along came a man with a car and asked them if they wanted a puppy. They said, " No". He asked them to mind it for him, and the boys agreed, but he never returned. They took the little fellow to the B.D.S.A. sanitorium at Woodford Bridge, Essex. A few days later " Rusty" became sick, and with the aid of an Ex-Ray they saw a key in his stomache. Hence....here is " Rusty" in the tender care of the Head Kennel maid, and the theatre assistant while the surgoen and radiographer examine the X Ray. Finally by means of stomache forceps and a flourescent screen, they were able to relieve " Rusty" of the key. A little while later he was up and about again really enjoying life.....July 1961 P004042
