For foreign buyers are being shown the best autumn styles that London Fashion House Group can produce - including the one pictured hare. More than 550 buyers are in London for the show - and the fashion firms are hoping for orders worth £ 2, 000, 000. At a preview on Sunday (3-5-64) the Group showed clothes that included something for everybody. And that includes every girl and the buyers from thirty-nine counties. It was good to see the number of clothes that would not look out of place on the over-twenty-fives. But theres a gloomier side. Prices of wool outfits are up. Mr. Frederick Starke, a leading member of the Group, explained that the price of wool had inc-reased by 15 to 20 per cent. Last time the foreign buyers were here, they spent £ 1900, 000. The Americans - the biggest customers - paid out £ 300, 650 - twice the amount they spent at the Paris couture shows in January. Wood effect frame, card mounted, 10x8 fade resistant photo print. Overall outside dimensions 14x12 inches (36x31cm). Environmentally and ozone friendly, 40mm wide x 15mm Polycore® moulding has the look of real wood, is durable and light and easy to hang. Biodegradable and made with non-chlorinated gases (no toxic fumes) it is efficient; producing 100 tons of polystyrene can save 300 tons of trees! Prints are glazed with lightweight, shatterproof, optical clarity acrylic (providing the same general protection from the environment as glass). The back is stapled hardboard with a sawtooth hanger attached. Note: measurements provided are estimated outer dimensions, which include both the image and the frame. While we aim to keep sizing consistent, exact dimensions may vary slightly due to differences in print size or production requirements, which may result in a variation in the overall size (up to approximately 2.5cm (1"))
