Diana Moran, keep fit expert, recruited 12 South London commuters at Waterloo Station on Tuesday, January 11th 1983, to film her first fitness class for BBC Breakfast Time Television Show.
Diana, 43, who has two children, will present a three and a half minute daily show starting at 6.45am on Monday.
Diana became well known as The Green Goddess.
