The Faces headlined the second of three nights of what was then called the 12th National Jazz, Blues & Rock Festival, and held at Richfield Avenue.
Reading, Berkshire, England, Friday 11th, Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th.
The Faces closed their set with "Maggie May", and the weekend event featured other acts such as Genesis, Elkie Brooks and Robert Palmer then in Vinegar Joe, Mungo Jerry, and Status Quo.

Eurythmics were a British pop duo consisting of members singer Annie Lennox and guitarist Dave Stewart. Stewart and Lennox were both previously in the band the Tourists.
The duo released their first studio album, In the Garden, in 1981 to little success, but went on to achieve global success with their second album Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This), released in 1983
The General Wolfe was a popular music pub in Coventry. It closed in 2011, eventually becoming a restaurant.

The Beatles perform a rooftop concert at Apple Headquarters, 3 Saville Row London on 30th January 1969. The performance was a part of filming for a documentary of the band rehearsing and recording the album Let It Be. The 42 minute session drew crowds to the street & adjoining rooftops. This was the band's final live performance before breaking up in April 1970. Performing on the roftop left to right: Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney, John Lennon and George Harrison
